How to order ...

At the moment I'm not able to process online payments (I hope to change this soon!) so if there's anything here that you would like to order, make a note of the name of the item you'd like to purchase and email me at info@gingerspin.com to check for availability.

Postage cost per order is £2.45. Payment can be made by cheque (to be made payable to Gingerspin) and posted to:

Delivery & Returns Info ...

I send all items by Recorded 1st Class post which requires a signature on delivery and will always aim to deliver all items within 2-3 days of payment having cleared.

Obviously I hope you'll always want to keep your Gingerspin item but if for any reason you need to return it to me please contact me within 7 days of receiving the item and then return the goods to the address above. It's advisable to send by Recorded or Special Delivery as unfortunately I can't be responsible for its safe delivery back to me but I'll only be able to refund the cost of the return postage if the item is found to be faulty.

I'm afraid I can't offer refunds on any items made especially to order.
